It’s Banana O’Clock!
Hello, everyone. Let’s have a quiz. Are you ready?
Hint 1: This is a fruit. Hint 2: It’s sweet and cheap. Hint 3: It’s yellow and it’s famous in the Philippines. What’s this?
If you answered “banana”, you’re right!
I like bananas very much. Do you like bananas, too? There are a lot of bananas in my country. They are sweet, cheap, and good for you. You can eat them during breakfast or have them as a healthy snack.
In Japanese supermarkets, you can buy bananas from the Philippines. However, some people just throw bananas away when they already have black spots on them. Bananas become overripe too quickly and throwing them away makes me a little sad. I think that it’s such a waste to do this.
So, let me share some simple banana recipes that are delicious and easy to make.
